With interest rates rising over the past 18 months, it is very likely that major banks tightened up on their credit policies, which may have led more borrowers to companies such as PRL. But it has reported strong results and is raising its dividend, yet remains quite cheap. As it grows in market cap it also attracts new investors. It was struggling post its IPO but has really started to put things together now.
