Do you know when the deal is expected to close and how long would you expect these guys to wait to see if other offers may be forth coming.
Take over price of $34 US is about $46 canadian... SP currently sitting $43.75 canadian. Would you expect shares to trade up to the deal level.
If one wants to capture the full offer price, would one simply wait till the deal closes......

The offering circular needs to be prepared and released, but the companies note closing "is expected to close in late 2024 or the first quarter of 2025". There is no time frame on any other offers as long as one comes before the special shareholders' meeting (date not set yet). No deal is done until the cash is received, but we would not expect closing issues on this one. The share price should slowly work its way up to the offer price over time. For now we would HOLD but at some point there may be an opportunity cost in still holding due to the fairly long closing time.
