Q: With the interest of Advent in Nuvei , would you sell now a before it all shakes out? What do you think a reasonable buying price per share might be?

5i Research Answer:

News is now out, with NVEI agreeing to a $34 (US$) takeover. This is only a small premium to the current price, but of course the stock has spiked already on the news. Still, it is $10 less than where the shares were a year ago, and well below their all-time high. Shareholders might still not like this deal, potentially opening up other bidders. We would not buy here, and would HOLD for now.
