The company in early March announced the retirement of its CEO, and this, along with the dividend cut, has likely given investors a 'reason' to sell. There is not much in the way of other news. It is a cheap stock, but its small size and uncertainty do add plenty of risks. The balance sheet is fine, and it is expected to show good growth over the next 18 months. Production rose 9% in the Q4 but is expected to be flat at 6,000 b/d for 2024. Gains will come mostly from pricing. Insiders have bought (some) stock in the past six months (net). Not a lot of excitement here, but the stock at least seems to making a bottom.
