Are there any ETF's or stocks you would recommend.

Real estate in general has experienced a headwind in the last few years due to increasing interest rates. Some real estate asset classes such as office, mall, etc. are in a tough position and at risk of disruption. That said, other real estate sectors with different target market are still doing well, and the depressed valuation of public REITs may offer investors some interesting entry points, we like names such as DIR.UN, SVI, AMT, EXR.
