For a 25 year old passive investor with 20K US available , which of the above would you suggest for a long term hold? or would you suggest alternative(s)
Thanks
Carlo
For investors with long-term horizons (decades), a low-cost, diversified portfolio of the S&P500 could be a good fit as investors would not need to worry about market volatility, accounting, diversification, industry and company analysis, etc. That said we think GOOGL and MSFT are trading at reasonable valuations, and could offer above-average returns. Investors could do well owning these two over the next five years. If just one, we would side with GOOGL today.
