Q: Business wise, 'til what point Paysafe competite with Nuvei? Could we consider them proxy?

While both PSFE and NVEI are payment processing companies, there are some differences in the two business models. PSFE historically focused more on digital wallet solutions and online payment processing, while NVEI has a broader focus on providing pay-in/payout solutions encompassing e-commerce, retail, and integrated payment solutions. PSFE also has a stronger focus on entertainment while NVEI is mainly focussed on retail and e-commerce. We would not consider them a proxy for each other although the two are similar. Many companies in the payment processing space are highly similar in what their products/solutions do, but the slight differences shift who the target market is.
