The two lumber treating plants are complementary to DBM, with no overlap to the existing businesses. They will extend DBM's geographic reach into eight new States. The deal is accretive to earnings in the first year and add 300M board feet of annual treating capacity. Full financial details were not provided but from a business standpoint it looks good to us.
