Q: I recall a few years ago that Blue Yonder launched a law suit against KXS over some patent issues. Any update on this? Is it an overhanging issue for the company? Do you feel it is weighing on the stock and that investors should be taking this into account?

Blue Yonder was mentioned in the confernce call, but only to the extent that KXS has won some deals in which it was competing. No mention of the lawsuit was made and we do not believe it is an overhang on the stock. KXS has not commented since 2021 and it has been a year since the last court filing.
