This is a better press release to reference for the warrants. The warrants have no utility unless and until the company decides to redeem its Series I debentures. If it does, then the warrants simply allow holders of Series I debentures to swap for a new series, so that their investment does not get redeemed by the company. The warrants will not be listed nor traded until the company makes such an announcement. If they end up listed, they can be sold if an investor has no debentures to swap.
