We still like KXS as a high-quality SaaS business. One of the reasons for its share price underperformance in the last few years has been due to multiple compressions. KXS’s fundamentals are still healthy and management continues to execute. We think KXS will still do well over the long term. That said, we would be comfortable with swapping for TVK or HPS.A, as we think both are also solid names with a long runway for growth, and while being mindful of the different industries the companies operate in.
