- Purpose US Cash Fund (PSU.U)
- Global X USD Cash Maximizer Corporate Class ETF (HSUV.U)
- US High Interest Savings Account Fund (HISU.U)
Apologies if I missed the answer when I searched, but I found it difficult to find my answer when I looked for a U$ dollar equivalent to "CASH." What would you suggest 3 - 6 months hold??? OR is there a U$ ETF representing GICs?
Thanks for all you do
gm
There are a couple of high-interest savings ETFs that are denominated in US dollars. The Purpose US Cash Fund (PSU.U), the US High Interest Savings Account Fund (HISU.U), and the Horizons USD Cash Maximizer ETF (HSUV.U). PSU.U has a 5.2% net yield, HISU.U has a 5.8% net yield, and HSUV.U does not issue distributions but rather its NAV increases, and its net yield is 5.1%.
There is also the SGOV ETF, which is a three-month US treasury ETF. It has an MER of 0.07% and a yield of 5.2%. Its price will fluctuate very slightly due to changes in interest rates, whereas the high-interest savings ETFs prices will not change in response to interest rate changes.
