How were DND earnings and how do you view the current outlook/share price....Current share holder , outlook is 1 to 2 years , does it have any legs left?
Thx
Q2 net loss was $34.8M, or $(0.63) per diluted share, as compared with a loss of $34.8 million, or $(0.52) per diluted share, a year earlier. This came in below analysts' expected loss of $(0.17). Revenue slightly beat analysts estimates, of $110M coming in at $110.2M, and displayed year-over-year growth of 17% (adjusted for a division sale). Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) was $112 million of total revenue which was 27% of total revenue nearly doubling from the prior year. Annual Contracted Revenue was $203m, or 49% of total revenue as of December 31, 2023. DND's net loss continues to widen as the company undergoes deleveraging and focuses on cost management. We think the company is taking the right steps, but it will not happen overnight. EBITDA did miss estimates and this seems to be what investors were focused on in selling the stock down after the news. The outlook still calls for a smaller loss this fiscal year. We think there are better names to buy.
