TIXT reported Q4 EPS of US$0.10, missing analysts' estimates of $0.12. Revenue increased 10% year-over-year to $692M, but missed estimates of $691M. TIXT also released 2024 guidance which called for revenue of US$2.79B to $2.85B, representing growth of 3% to 5% and adjusted diluted EPS expected $0.93 to $0.98, representing growth of 7% to 13%. Analsysts forecasted EPS guidance higher. This was a decent quarter from TIXT, bringing on new clients and capturing some AI-driven momentum with existing clients. Performance still missed analysts' estimates and growth upside appears modest which removes some appeal for TIXT. We think TIXT could be starting to look better operationally but growth potential is not overly exciting.
