Q: Peter and team,
I am going to require cash in a year for estate planning purposes. My plan is to take cash slowly over the year from my winning stocks and put it into PSA until required. My only losing stock is NTR. Would you recommend selling it now because it is most likely dead money or hold with a good chance there may be a bounce in the coming year.
Thanks so much
Cathy

5i Research Answer:
We think NTR is fine, and the stock is cheap. BUT....with a China slowdown, and a very short time frame noted, we would be more comfortable selling it if cash is needed for an estate.
