Q: Does their DRIP have a discount?

5i Research Answer:

The bank has a discount that can be 'up to 5%' but it does get turned on and off. It was 2% in 2022, but for the most recent dividend (Jan 31) there was no discount. TD will press release going forward if any changes are made to the DRIP discount.
