CTS's recent announcement was positive, but it still has a large debt level, and one quarter does not make a trend. Not a lot of earnings growth is expected this year as it focuses on costs. We would prefer, for now, keeping TCS with its net-cash balance sheet and very strong earnings outlook over the next 18 months.
