We have known DBO for a very long time. It was a hot stock back in the mid 2000s. But now, it is just $18M market cap, and too risky for endorsement. It has a decent revenue base, but has never made much money. Never more than break even on a per-share basis. It now has a small amount of debt. Insiders don't own much. The share count has risen by 60M shares in the past decade. The stock is 90% lower than it was 17 years ago. It is unfortunate: the technology is pretty cool, but it could never make money from it. We would not endorse it as an investment today.
