Q: Everyone, I have held CSU since $110, bought LMN in September of 2023 and do not own any TOI (yet). Specifically, discussing the three names only in my overall group of stocks, my plan is to own 50% in CSU and 25% of each LMN and TOI. Any comments on the strategy. Clayton
5i Research Answer:
We like the CSU group of companies. CSU is well-managed, trading at a fair valuation, but its size could be an anchor for consistently achieving above-average returns going forward. On the other hand, TOI and LMN are still relatively small, with long runway to compound, if they could replicate what CSU did in the past, both could be home-run investments.
We like the strategy proposed; we think owning a basket of these names could work decently over time.
