Q: Hi fellows,
These are big loosers in my TFSA, more than 50%. Do you see any chance of a significant upside for these stocks in a reasonable time frame or further deterioration ? I am tempted to liquidate them and recover a bit of cash for a better investment. What would you do if you were in my shoes ?

We think both LAAC and LAC are 'decent' companies if one wants exposure to the lithium space. That being said, the sector is volatile and some are saying the bubble may be off in the sector, at least in the short term. We would not consider either 'need to own' stocks and other sectors may do better this year. MTTR (and the whole metaverse) has been very disappointing. Its small size, slowing growth, losses and negative cash flow make it one that we would be comfortable selling.
