Anything can happen in the short term like six months. Given that both names already had decent runs in 2023, we would be conservative in the returns expected in the near term, though we think both are fine companies over the next three to five years. Forced to choose, we might side with SHOP largely due to the run that LMN has had, it might take a bit of a 'breather' in the short-term compare to SHOP.
