Q: Docebo is exercising a share buyback offer to shareholders of U$55 a share plus a Deemed Dividend of approx. C$10.60. It finished trading today at C$69.28. Do you believe that if I hold the shares for 2 more years, the SP will exceed that offer?

Predictions of course are tricky, but management certainly believes shares are undervalued, and the company also has too much cash. It will still have $70M in cash after the buyback, and it generates more cash annually. Much here will depend on the markets/rates but we do think the stock will be higher in two years.
