The requirements are tricky, as most low-vol ETFs own dividend stocks, often higher yield stocks, which is why they tend to be lower vol. Thus, our choices are quite limited here. ZLU stands out, with $1.6B in assets, fees of 0.33% and an indicated yield 2.49%, at least lower compared with most low-vol funds. 5-year performance is OK at 9.1%, but it did not have a good 2023 (down 2.7%). HXS might be of interest, as it pays no dividends at all. Five year 14.56%, YTD 23.70%. But it is not specifically low-vol. But beta is 0.84, so at least less volatile than the US market.
