We would consider Telus 'OK'. It has some challenges, and has been disappointing this year. Its subsidiary TIXT has even more challenges, but TIXT is not so material to the company. T has a much stronger longer term history, with good dividend growth and performance. This year's weakness has been exasperated by high interest rates. The low valuation and solid dividend of T make it interesting enough to hold. But investors are going to need patience here.
