We don't like the phrase, first of all, as it implies low risk and big returns. Sorry, there is always going to be equity risk. A stock down 50% can still go down another 50%, infinitely. We think these are attractive today: SLF, LMN, WELL, DOO, BN
BNS is certainly cheap, but banks may be a bit more vulnerable if we get back to more recession talk. Everyone seems to hate housing exposure right now and this sentiment could stay prevalent for a while.
