ABR has indentified new outcrops for exploration, but nothing has really changed. However, the sector, and small caps, have recently seen a big sell off, with more concern on rates, a recession and the market in general. The small cap sector is now down for the year. ABR has seen a brutal sell off, down nearly $1 in six days. Of course, it can still go lower, and with year end getting closer tax loss selling is still a possibility. But, for speculators who like the sector, we still think one can 'chip away' on the buy side into more declines. Note this is not a strong endorsement as it needs to be viewed as a very risky stock in this environment. But the sharp and quick decline does seem a bit much to us.
