Q: I was in contact with iae in regards to what to do with my untendered shares . They advised Delek was making a further acquisition of the remaining untendered shares in due course and there had been a news release this morning. BOB

Q: can you please explain the price action on Ithaca today? Can you buy today and still get $1.95 for the shares because they are forced to buy the remainder at $1.95?
