Further question on DPM.

There seems to be a complaint files with the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) over DPM failure to disclose material information to its shareholders about serious legal threats related to an ongoing court-ordered suspension of its Loma Larga mining project in Southern Ecuador.

This seems rather serious for the company.

Do you consider this a material blocker to investing in DPM or rather just an legacy issue from a previous owner of the mine and DPM is OK to consider buying?

1) Is DPM a gold play or a multiple metals play?
2) While I see DPM is up quite a bit this year, does this look sustainable or are they too tightly tied to the price of Gold?
