Q: Hello 5i, I own Crew in a cash acct and will wait for the conversion to shares of Tourmaline. My question is will this transaction be considered as a taxable disposition of my Crew shares?

Q: Hello 5i, I own Crew in a cash acct and TOU in my RSP acct I think if I take the shares they would go into the RSP acct but not sure as I do not want more shares in my RSP. Could you comment as to if Crew shares will pay a dividend or special dividend ?
I would like your opinion as to sell Crew shares now or wait to see if TOU shares increase in value over the next 2 month's.
