Q: PSH was a top pick on Market Call today. Could I have your analysis and would you consider it a buy, hold or sell

PSH is up around 27% today. Last evening it announced appointment of a new management team and board appointment which are first class and have created shareholder value according to the news release, most recently at TORC. This all looks good but would you wait a bit and let the stock settle in before investing in it?
