Investor behaviour is crucial. I remember years ago when I wouldn't buy a stock just because it was at a high. Needless to say many winners were missed. Now as long as the valuations are reasonable, I don't mind at all buying new highs. I won't even get on the non-sense topic of "forecasting" corrections.
